Based in Newcastle and the Hunter.
Twenty-six years of local mortgage experience.
I’ve spent twenty-six years in lending, and along the way completed a Master of Business at the University of Newcastle. Most of that time has been between Newcastle and Sydney.
That experience shapes the way I work today. I take the time to understand where you are now and what you need your loan to do, and I remain available when your circumstances change.
Large enough to represent you, small enough to know you.

“Rolled three loans into one and reduced the term. First time in years our money makes sense. No pressure at all. Tim just laid it out and let us decide.”

“Was embarrassed about the credit card creeping up. Tim made it feel normal, helped bring it into the mortgage, and we now have room to breathe again.”

Frequently asked questions
Does it cost me anything?
There is no charge to talk things through with us, now or later. In most cases, the lender pays us a commission once your loan settles, so the cost is not passed on to you.
How many lenders do you check?
We have access to a panel of more than 40 lenders, including the major banks and non-bank lenders. We are not tied to any single lender’s products.
What happens after settlement?
Our relationship continues after settlement, with annual reviews and a broker you can speak to directly when your circumstances change.
What if switching turns out to be the wrong move?
Our role is to help you make an informed decision. We only recommend a change when the figures and your circumstances support it. If staying with your current loan is the better option, we’ll explain why and support that decision. There is no charge for our time, and the decision about what happens next always remains yours.
Want to know more?
A conversation is a sensible place to start. We’ll look at your numbers personally and give you a clear view, whether that points to a change or to leaving your loan as it is.
